Heart Cut Out Stainless Steel Spoon Earrings. At Midnight Jo all of our spoon earrings are handmade using actual vintage flatware with a matte finish. These earrings were made using actual vintage stainless steel flatware. These earrings measure about 3/4" long including the ear wire. These earrings come standard with stainless steel lever back earwires, sterling silver lever backs are available at additional cost. Stand out with these unique earrings!
